Highly recommended:
* Tow Hook Point: If detachable type, please install it before entering the track as this will speed up recovery times on the day.

Notes:
* STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED!!!
* Everybody is welcomed, no matter how new or experienced you are at circuit driving. We are a friendly community and we highly encourage newcomers.
* Please be on time, gates open at 8AM! We will begin scrutineering at 8:10AM sharp. Scrutineering will be done in bay, please get your car ready as soon as possible once you have entered the premises. All drivers are required to visit the pit office to complete an indemnity form and have your licence verified.
* There will be a drivers’ briefing at approximately 8:45AM. An announcement will be made on the loudspeaker to gather all drivers at the pit office area. Please pay attention to this announcement as all drivers are REQUIRED to attend the drivers’ briefing or they will not be allowed on the track.
* Please make sure your car is prepared, the quicker everybody is ready to go and have their car checked, the more track time we can have.
* Cars will be divided into groups based on estimated laptime, this is to ensure that there is minimum traffic for you, and as a result you get a clean and safe run. If you however feel that you are either way too fast or way too slow for your group on the day, please speak to the organiser at the pit office and we’ll re-evaluate your grouping based on the actual lap times.
* Timing will be posted on http://www.natsoft.com.au/ after the event, and may be viewable during the day near the scrutineering bay. Please make sure you return your timing device either to the timing tower or pit office at the end of the day.
* This is not a competitive event, we are all here to have an enjoyable day. Please drive safely and follow instructions, or you will be banned from further driving or further Exe events. Any reckless or dangerous driving will not be tolerated.
